Device Troubleshooting &
Dermal Calibration
Our clinical instruments are engineered for precision. If your technology is performing outside of its standard parameters, follow our expert recovery protocols below.
Power & Activation
Ensure the device is disconnected from the charging cable before activation. Most itsskk systems feature a 'Safety Lock' that prevents use while plugged in.
EMS Conductivity
If microcurrent levels feel inconsistent, ensure your skin is prepped with a water-based conductive gel. Dry skin acts as an insulator and blocks the energy.
LED Array Uniformity
For flexible masks, ensure the strap is adjusted for a close dermal fit. Inconsistent light patterns are usually due to the distance from the skin surface.
Universal Reset Protocol
01. Deplete the battery fully and perform a continuous 4-hour charge using the itsskk provided cable.
02. Perform a 'Hard Reset' by holding the power button for 10 seconds while the device is off.
03. Wipe all technical contact points with 70% isopropyl alcohol to ensure zero dermal interference.
Protocol still inconsistent?
If your device requires further technical assessment, please escalate your inquiry to our clinical support team.
